APPETIZER CHOICES

Sample each of these appetizers:

Mulligatawny Soup ~ A robust broth with lots of veggies and chicken.

Garden Salad ~ With raspberry poppy seed dressing.

Brushetta ~ Fresh baked rosemary infused French bread topped with ripe tomatoes & feta cheese.

 

ENTREE CHOICES

Sample each of these entrees:

Chicken Scampi ~ A dill cream fettuccini with baby shrimp and cream topped with a chicken tender.

Linguini Bolognese ~ Linguini topped with our version of bolognese.

Baked Salmon ~ Fillet of salmon topped with béarnaise.

Madagascar Beef Penne ~ Tender beef strips, sautéed with butter,  Madagascar peppercorns and dark molasses deglazed with beer and finished with demi glaze and cream.

DESSERT

New York Cheese Cake ~ Topped with warm strawberry sauce with a hint of vanilla.
